DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

Digital products policy

Digital downloads, delivery, licensing, and support.

Effective date: September 2026

1. Nature of products

All items sold by AnatomyBase are digital products supplied as downloadable files, such as PDF, JPG, or JPEG files. No physical item is shipped, mailed, or delivered. A purchase provides a file for the buyer to download; printing, framing, and display remain the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Delivery

After successful payment, the applicable digital files are made available through a download link or in the order confirmation. If a file is not received within a few minutes, please check the spam or junk folder before contacting us. For technical support, email vertrieb@kunstolymp.de.

3. Cancellation, refunds, and faulty delivery

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. For consumers in the EU/EEA, any statutory withdrawal right is governed by the applicable law. Where required, checkout will obtain the customer’s express consent to immediate delivery and confirmation that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins; this is the condition under which the statutory withdrawal right for non-physical digital content may expire.

After valid immediate-delivery consent and delivery, sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not provided for a change of mind, an incorrect selection by the buyer, printing issues at home or at a third-party print service, or device and software compatibility issues. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights. If a file is corrupted, missing, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us within seven days and we will resend or correct the delivery.

4. License and permitted use

Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use. The buyer may download the file and print copies for their own home or as personal gifts.

The buyer may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or transfer the digital file in original or edited form; claim the design as their own; use it on commercial merchandise; or upload it to stock websites, print-on-demand platforms, or file-sharing services. All designs remain the intellectual property of AnatomyBase. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

5. Printing and colour

Final print quality depends on the printer, paper, inks, framing, and print-service settings selected by the buyer. Screen and print colours can vary because of monitor calibration and production settings. For best results, use a professional print service and the supplied 300 DPI print file.

6. File format and technical requirements

Files are supplied in the formats stated on the relevant product page, including PDF and JPG/JPEG where applicable. AnatomyBase print files are prepared at 300 DPI in ISO and 5×7 print formats; the white border can help adapt the artwork to other frame sizes. The buyer needs software capable of opening the supplied file, such as Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or a standard image viewer, plus access to a printer or print service.

7. Customer support

For help opening or downloading a file, contact vertrieb@kunstolymp.de. Technical delivery support, including replacement of a genuinely missing or damaged file, is handled separately from refund requests.

8. Copyright

All designs are © AnatomyBase.com, 2026. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
